Burger King in Ingolstadt

That is simply the very best Burger King with a car through the wall and the service and the staff are great.

I've never seen anything like this in a Burger King ... No vouchers are accepted, ask for money for the toilets 😑 Then the hottest thing that totally dry burgers are sold to you. I don't want to know how long these have been in the counter. Isn't the owner ashamed? Unfortunately, the owner is never available, I would love to give him my opinion personally.

Unfriendly, totally overwhelmed staff. With coupons you are fobbed off with the most absurd excuses that they are not valid for you (although according to the Burger King app they are taken and can be found as a paper insert in Ingolstadt newspapers) Not recommended!

Cannot be reached by phone. Then you drive by in person and are told that no vouchers will be accepted. I love Burger King, but the prices are all about vouchers. Not more.

I don't have to say anything about the food, it tastes delicious as always. The staff, however, are super nice. My mother is in a wheelchair with a deficit in her left hand, and one of the staff members was kind enough to help her put the food in the back seat. The shop itself was clean and well-kept. With pleasure again

The Burger King is really great. The staff nice and friendly. The menus are always prepared with love.

It was ok.but despite the fact that they pointed out u need to say that u haVe coupons and stuff they just wouldn't take any.really annoying.Burgers were good.

I had a really nice waitress and the food was prepared quickly. It was hot and fresh. Very enjoyable. Gladly again.

This really is the best Burger King I've ever been to! I think the Audi inside is a very good creative idea. The staff is also very friendly here and if you order something, your food will be served very quickly.

Was there again, I wanted to order 1 hamburger, unfortunately only a double hamburger at BK ... why can't you put one less slice of meat on it ... money pulled out of my pocket ... I'm curious when the simple one will be back in Home is 🤣🤣🤣

Very friendly staff and always fresh burgers and fries. Even with slightly longer waiting times, the employees retain full control and treat the customer very courteously. Whenever I'm around, I like to pay a visit!

The grandchildren wanted to eat hamburgers when they were on vacation. That's how we ended up at> Burger King. Everything was clean and friendly service. My grandson liked it. Everything OK

We stopped here on our way through. Burger King is always our first choice. We were not disappointed here either. 😊 Nice and fast service, what more could you want. We say: "See you next time." 👍

On the way through we took a short break to strengthen ourselves. We were served in a friendly manner and received our entire order within a very short time. We particularly liked the cleanliness in the Burger King, which is really great, unfortunately you don't get that so often that the toilets are in a well-tended condition. We were completely satisfied with our visit and will return to this Burger King the next time we pass through.

Absolutely incompetent staff ... Half of the order wasn't in the bag. And the customer before me got the wrong one ... What else can I say...

Scammers! Simply unbelievable .... very unfriendly employee did not let me finish my order and kept breaking up. Has charged a menu twice ... when I was asked about it I first yelled "You have ordered two menus". then first of all scolded me in a language unknown to me at the employees and threw away the money I had paid too much! But the icing on the cake was when I got home and found that there was not enough burger in the bag but it was paid for! So first I tried to rip off 10 € more and then when it didn't work out, I simply embezzled a burger !! For me this is clearly deliberate fraud !!

The staff is very bad, they not respect the customers, even though they have a problem with me but a keep an eye on them and see if they respond to costumers in another way, but is the same. To bad, I will never come to this place again.

Average Burger King like many others... special however is a decent outside seating and dining area in the back...

They were so freaking slow that i felt i was watching zootopia movie. And i am not exaggerating..... the employees had no interest in existence forget the service.

The worst burger I've ever eaten was prepared here. Sticky chifla, burnt minced meat. I will never go to that place again. I do not recommend this experience to anyone. I hope things will change for the better.

The most child-friendly staff that I have ever experienced in a BK. The food is okay too. What does not work, are the completely come down toilets. The joints on the sink are almost gone. The flushing with the ladies does not work. But take 50 cents (which you can redeem as 100% credit.
